Memberships are unlimited, so booking never costs you anything extra — but please cancel if your plans change. Classes fill up, and the spot you let go is a spot another family gets. You can cancel yourself from your account.

If you paid for a single class, an Open Play visit or a pass and you cannot use it, just ask and we will refund it. Call (206) 248-3547 or email info@thejunglegymusa.com.

Credit on your account stays there until you spend it. There is no expiry date and no use-it-or-lose-it window.

You can spend credit on anything we sell: classes, camp, Open Play, Parents Night Out or a birthday party.

Memberships bill monthly and run month to month. There is no contract, no cancellation fee and no required notice period — you can cancel any time from your account.

Your first visit is always free, so you can try us before you join.

Both memberships include unlimited classes and daily Open Play, so coming more often never costs more. There is no registration fee and no annual fee, and current prices are always on our Pricing page.

Miss a class? There is nothing to reschedule and no makeup tokens to keep track of. Your membership is unlimited, so just come to another class that week.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your class, camp or event starts. A parent or guardian needs to come into the gym to drop off, and to check your child in at the front desk.

If you are running late, check in at the front desk and we will get your child into the class that has already started. Children must be picked up by a parent or guardian. If someone else is picking up, the front desk needs written permission in your family account notes.

Please pick up on time — the coaches need the floor for the next group.

If your child is still with us when the next class starts, we put them in that class so they are supervised and having fun rather than waiting. If you have a membership there is no charge for it. If you do not, that class or Open Play visit is charged at the usual rate.

Parents Night Out is the exception, because it runs late and we close afterwards. Late pickup from Parents Night Out is a $49 charge. The first time is also a warning; after that we are not able to hold you a Parents Night Out spot again.

We do not close for weather. A Highline snow day is not a Jungle Gym snow day — we are indoors and heated, and we plan to be open.

If we ever do have to close, for any reason, we will contact everyone who is booked that day. You will hear it from us directly rather than find out at the door.

Every child needs a waiver on file, signed by that child’s own parent or legal guardian, before they get on the equipment. It is free and takes about a minute.

You sign it once when you set up your account. A waiver you sign covers your own child — it does not cover anyone else’s child, so guests at a party each need their own.

Students are expected to be respectful of the rules, the coaches and each other. A student who is disruptive may be asked to sit out, and in some cases we will call a parent for early pickup.

Bullying is treated with urgency: we investigate it and we talk to the parent or guardian. A student who is physically violent is removed from the floor immediately and a parent is called for pickup. There is no refund or credit for a class or camp day missed because of disruptive or violent behavior.

No gum anywhere in the facility. Food and drink in the front entrance area only. No shoes in the gym — socks are optional, and bare feet are best for classes.

A properly fitting leotard, or a tucked-in t-shirt and shorts. Sports bras and cropped tops may not be worn as outerwear.

Long hair pulled back neatly and away from the face — buns are best. No bows or large hair ornaments. Please leave jewelry at home; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Shoes and socks go in a locker or under a bench before class.

Every child gets one free first visit. Pick whichever suits you: one class, one Open Play, or one Parents Night Out.

No card required. Claim your free pass in Momence, then use it to reserve a class, Open Play session or Parents Night Out. Check that the booking is confirmed before you come; claiming the pass alone does not reserve a spot.

Open Play is $9 flat per child. Under 2 is free, and it is included with every membership.

Children 3 and under need an adult with them in the gym. On days when camp is running, a parent or guardian must stay in the building throughout every Open Play visit, for all ages. On other days, drop-off is available from age 4; you are always welcome to stay and watch.

Open Play runs every day. Exact session times are on our Open Play page and the live schedule, and they shift with the season.

Please keep your child home if they have had a fever or vomiting in the last 24 hours.

If your child misses a single booked session because they are sick, we will credit it, no questions asked.

Plans change — no problem. Cancel a camp day or a Parents Night Out booking and the full amount goes back to you as account credit.

Credit never expires, and you can spend it on anything we sell — another camp day, classes, Open Play or your next night out. Tell us as early as you can so another family can grab the spot.
